TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
In partnership with our sister company, social impact agency Inspire Justice, we facilitate robust training and development for studios, networks, and production companies to shift and revive workplace culture. Some of our training topics include:
Thrive Culture
We unpack power and privilege in order to build a team and work culture where everyone can thrive. The training concludes on accountability and what it looks like to actualize goals so that our impact is as great as our intentions.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Entertainment
This session serves as an assessment and reflection of the current state of the industry. As industry leaders, how can training participants position their companies to build sustainable and long term antidotes to the problems plaguing us?
Systemic Inclusion Barriers
We identify the legacy of racism, sexism, and other forms of injustice in a particular industry within entertainment followed by recommendations on how participants can push beyond these barriers to serve as an inclusion and equity blueprint for the industry.
